Often, we are asked what is the inspiration and background of the name, J Cubed. As a dedicated father of three and a passionate student of anything involving mathematics, Founder and President Rich Irr wanted to incorporate a family element within the firm’s name when he created the company in July of 2005. After weeks of brainstorming, Rich and his wife Heidi, who also serves as J Cubed’s Marketing Coordinator, decided on J Cubed, meaning the letter “J” to the 3rd power. It is a reference to Rich and Heidi’s three sons – Jason, Jake, and Joey.
